Disturbing new Jared Loughner video

Deranged student and future Tucson shooter Jared Loughner walks around the campus of the Pima Community College alone in the dark, rambling about freedom of speech, the constitution and how his college is a "genocide school". This video, posted in September 2010, led to his suspension from the Pima Community College.
